We’re excited to be online with social media, but also please know that this is not the place to report outages. The social media channels are not monitored 24/7, so a post might not be seen on weekends or after hours. We also use your member information when an outage is called in to see where your outage is located which allows us to deploy crews as fast as possible, so please continue to call in outages at 1-800-432-1012 or through SmartHub.
